About
Founder & Executive Coach | MBA & BA, Stanford University
I've spent 25 years doing the same thing: helping people become better leaders, build better relationships, and lead better lives. What began as a career in consulting at Deloitte became a calling as a coach.
I work as a confidential thought-partner — someone who gives you genuine access to your own best thinking, helps you get clear on what you actually want, and holds you accountably yet compassionately to achieving it.
My clients span public, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. What they share is a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the world — and the wisdom to know they can do it better with support.
My Approach
Coaching isn't advice-giving. It's a disciplined process of helping you access clarity you already have — and building the habits and structures to act on it. I bring both the rigor of a consultant and the depth of a coach trained by master coach Dave Ellis.
Every engagement starts with understanding what you truly want — not what you think you should want — and building a realistic, accountable path to get there. We work on the whole picture: your leadership, your relationships, and your own sustainability.
Sessions are confidential. The relationship is long-term by design. Real transformation takes time, and I'm committed to being a consistent presence through all of it.
"We are confidential thought-partners who facilitate life-altering, lasting improvements in leadership, productivity, communication, and time management for world-changing leaders and organizations."
